Our platform provides AI-powered online services that allow users to generate short-form videos and related content. Access to the service and credits is granted immediately after a successful purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

• No significant amount of credits has been used
• The service has not been abused or misused
• No excessive video generations have been completed

If credits or services have already been partially used, refunds may be partially granted or denied based on usage.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Significant credits have already been consumed
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated creative output
• Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Account suspension due to prohibited or abusive usage

4. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard.

• Cancellation prevents future charges
• Access remains active until the end of the billing period
• No automatic refunds for unused time or credits

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.

• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Payment processor fees may be deducted where applicable
